Skills/Experience:

  • Great people skills, including excellent written and verbal communications;
  • Analytical with attention to detail;
  • Are comfortable with computers, web technology, and web meetings;
  • Are willing to try new things and are accountable to make it right;
  • Medical office experience an asset and/or Medical Transcription Experience, comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems;
  • A good general knowledge of medical clinic workflow.
  • Energized by learning, team-oriented work culture and a customer-focused, start-up environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provides post-sales consultation and product expertise for new client onboarding, ensuring Cliniconex services work seamlessly with existing workflow;
  • Aligns solutions to address customer’ specific challenges, optimizing business value and increasing product adoption;
  • Initially the primary contact for support-related issues: provides end-user support, answers questions, and offers advice on how to handle specific client requirements. Coordinates client transition to technical support;
  • Delivers pre-sales support to Cliniconex partners: answering questions, completing quotations, demonstrating services.

Education:

  • Post-secondary graduate

Intermediate Java Developer

Skills/Experience:

  • 7+ years of Java development and Junit testing experience (real time, high volume system experience preferred);
  • Knowledge of databases and data structures (MySQL ie. Oracle,SQL, NoSQL ie. App Engine, Datastore, MongoDB);
  • RESTful Web Services, JSON, XML, Eclipse IDE, GWT, Java Servlet;
  • Amazon EC2, Google App Engine and general Google Cloud technologies;
  • Maven build automation, Jenkins/Hudson continuous integration;
  • Git source control;
  • An architect at heart who loves coding;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Energized by learning, team-oriented work culture and a customer-focused, start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement a variety of software using object-oriented techniques;
  • Conducts verification of own designs;
  • Gathers requirements from users or Cliniconex team members.

Education:

  • Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng degree or diploma, science or math-related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying and nurturing sales leads;
  • Updating activities in Salesforce;
  • Providing timely and accurate pricing quotes;
  • Completing sales orders;
  • Upselling services or products;
  • Keeping sales literature up-to-date;
  • Tracking and analyzing inside sales performance;
  • Assisting in the organization of trade shows and webinars;
  • Identifying potential product and service requirements with customers;
  • Generating sales leads from time to time.
