How it works

  • The patient confirms they want to leave the clinic while they wait.
  • The receptionist enters their preferred contact method – text, email or voice.
  • The Patient automatically receives a verification notice, in their preferred contact method, that they can leave the clinic.
  • As the patient’s turn approaches, they receive a notification to return to the clinic within a set amount of time.
  • The patient returns to the waiting room and sees the doctor when they are called.
