Important: Automated Care Messaging must have API access to your facilities’ data to work. If you have any questions regarding the API access, please contact newimplementations@cliniconex.com .
Activating Automated Care Messaging (ACM) is a two-step process.
The first step is for MatrixCare to enable the API and allow Automated Care Messaging access to your data. This enables ACM to read and write relevant data to your EHR including resident contact information, communication logs and more (note this process can take up to 8 business days for MatrixCare to complete).
The second step is Cliniconex will notify you, the customer, via email as soon as MatrixCare has authorized access to your data and the Urgent module of ACM is available to use (note this process can take up to 2 business days for Cliniconex to complete).
