Like most of us right now, I’m sure you are checking the news quite frequently and know that COVID-19 is disproportionately affecting senior care homes.
While some might welcome social distancing during the crisis, for those in senior care, not having family and friends visit, let alone not being able to socialize with fellow residents, can be isolating and even have adverse health effects.
That’s where music comes in.
It has the power to unite. To calm, to inspire, to energize. This is what our seniors and those working in long-term care need right now.
The team at Cliniconex is pleased to announce a new project we have been working on with CareWorx Fully Managed; introducing Moments For Care, a virtual concert for senior care.
On Thursday, May 21st, we’re bringing you an hour of music to brighten your day and help residents and health-care workers escape from reality for even a short while.
We also know our artists are struggling and booking shows is a bit difficult these days. We’re thrilled to be able to work with and support amazing local artists with this initiative. We hope you’ll appreciate their talents as much as we do!
