In-app Reporting and Analytics

Get detailed insights into your message performance directly within the app! With Enhanced Reporting, you can easily track and analyze how your messages are being received.

Here’s how to view message details and take action:

  1. Go to Main Menu ☰ > Sent 
  2. Find and select the specific message you’re interested in.
  3. Click on the Job Info icon associated with that message.
  4. You’ll see a detailed breakdown similar to emailed reports, with multiple ways to filter and sort the data.

Add A Filter

Use the “+ ADD FILTER” button in the upper left corner to search or filter by:

  • Result
  • Responded (by date)
  • Unit
  • Floor
  • Message Type

Remove Filter: Click the “X” on the grey filter bar to remove any applied filters.

Sort: Use the drop-down menu above the report to sort messages alphabetically (A->Z or Z->A).

Note: If a recipient hasn’t responded to a poll or question, the “Message Answer” field will remain blank until they do.
