Like everything in the Automated Care Platform, it’s totally customizable to fit your clinic, providers, schedules, and appointment types. We’ll get you set up exactly how you want, and we might even have a few tricks up our sleeves to help you get the most out of ACS Booking.

What's configurable:

 

ACS Booking offers granular control over which providers offer online booking and which do not. This per-provider customization allows clinics to tailor online access to individual preferences and specializations.

Furthermore, provider-specific scheduling is supported, ensuring that only available appointment slots are presented to patients, reflecting each provider’s unique working hours and appointment types. This flexibility ensures that ACS Booking seamlessly integrates with existing clinic workflows and individual provider schedules.

 

ACS Booking’s flexibility extends to appointment types as well. You can configure online booking options for specific appointment types, controlling which types of appointments are available for online self-booking. This includes setting parameters like appointment length and whether the appointment is online or in-person.

Even better, you can create exceptions and overrides to these rules, allowing for even finer control over your online booking options. This granular control ensures that patients can only book appointments that are appropriate for their needs and that align with your clinic’s scheduling practices.

 

Q: Is the order of pages set in stone?

A: No. The order of pages can be changed or reduced to accommodate preferences. 

 

Q: What is configurable?

A: Which providers, schedules and appointments are available for online booking. 

 

Q: Can the look and feel be made to match the branding of my website?

A: Yes. the clinic or provider will be given a CSS file, which they can edit to suit their branding needs.

 

Q: What if I don’t have a website but want to offer online booking?

A: No website, no problem! Cliniconex can create and host a landing page for you for an additional service fee.

 

Q: Can we stop a specific health card number from booking?

A: Yes. A preference code can be included, indicating a patient cannot book online. If they attempt to, they will receive an error code that they have to call the clinic. 

 

Q: Why is there no “Add to Calendar” button on the confirmation page

A: All notifications sent by ACM Alerts (like Booking Notifications and Appointment Reminders) include an “Add to Calendar” button to further streamline the patient experience.
