ACM Concierge: Onboarding Checklist

To ensure a smooth  implementation, please gather the following information about your practice and patient flow before booking your session.

  • Providers, Locations, Status and/or Appointment Types: Identify the specific providers, locations, status and appointment types you want to include in your Concierge configuration.
  • Patient Status Indicators: Determine how you indicate if a patient has arrived, is in a room or has been seen by a provider. This will help configure the system to accurately track patient flow in the queue.
  • Wait Time Display (if applicable): If you plan to use the wait time display feature, decide on your preferred medium (e.g., smart TV, waiting room screen, website integration).
