Q: What is configurable?

A: The providers, schedules and appointment types available for online booking are all configurable.

Q: Can the page order be configured?

A: Yes, the order or pages can be changed or reduced to accommodate preferences. The patient information page must be first.

Q: Can providers control, based on appointment type (like annual physical) how often a patient can book?

A: Yes, the order or pages can be changed or reduced to accommodate preferences. The patient information page must be first.

Q: Can availability differ based on appointment type?

A: Yes. This can be easily configured during implementation.

Q: Can availability differ based on the provider?

A: Yes. This can be easily configured during implementation.

Q: Can the ACS Booking widget be customized to match the branding of a website?

A: Yes. The widget colours, fonts and images can be customized.

Q: What if my organization does not have a website but wants to offer online booking?

A: Cliniconex can create and host a landing page for an additional service fee.

Q: Are all appointments automatically scheduled?

A1 (FlexData): With FlexData, patients can request an appointment, but it’s not automatically scheduled. Clinics will receive the request via email and then determine whether to manually schedule or reject the appointment request.

A2 (Integrated): Clinics can choose to have certain or all appointments require manual confirmation before they are officially scheduled.

Q: Are booking notifications automatically sent?

A: No. Booking notifications or appointment reminders are sent only if ACM Alerts has also been implemented.
