Accessing Communication Records in Resident Charts

How to access sent message history in resident charts.

If your facility has Communication Logs enabled, all messages sent through the system are automatically stored in ACM Messenger in the Sent Jobs tab. There is also an individual record within each resident’s chart in the EHR. This allows for easy access and review of past communication records.

To find these logs:

  1. Open the desired resident’s chart.
  2. Navigate to the “Misc” tab (or “Documents” tab, depending on your setup).
  3. Locate the communication logs within this tab.
  4. Click on any specific log to view its details.

 

Tip: If you’re having trouble finding the logs, use the “Display Filter” option and select the “Cliniconex” document type to narrow down your search.

Remember, this convenient feature is only available if your organization has configured Communication Logs. If you’re unsure about the status of this configuration, navigate to Main Menu ☰Settings > Onboarding Requirements. If the Communication Logs for your facility have been set up, there will be a green check mark.
