By default, each facility is assigned a random number linked to its geographic region. To boost the confidence of family members receiving notifications from your facilities, it’s strongly advised to set up caller-ID for all your facilities.
To set up a caller ID for your organization’s facilities, it’s essential to coordinate with someone who can answer the phone at the specific location where the caller ID will be configured.
Only Organization Administrators are authorized to set up caller ID.
To set up Caller ID, navigate to
- Main Menu ☰ > Settings > Facility Settings
- Click Caller ID
- Select a Facility from the bottom left-hand corner
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Repeat the process for all of your facilities.
💡 TIP: The call display screen is a little tricky as your screen needs to be set at 90% Zoom ratio for you to be able to see the code.
💡 TIP: Send a TEST message by choosing a template, selecting the corresponding facility and using the TEST function. If Caller ID has been successfully set up, the test call will come from your configured caller ID number.
