Our 23 wins in 2023


As we bid farewell to another incredible year, we’re taking a look back at everything that happened. Here are our 23 wins in 2023!

2023 in review

  1. 87 new senior care homes joined the Automated Care Messaging family.
  2. That’s over 539 organizations that automate outreach to connect with their communities.
  3. In total, 2956 facilities across North America are communicating, collaborating and connecting.
  4. They sent over 8.3 million messages in 2023.
  5. That’s 1.3 million hours returned to direct resident care (and over 4 million hours since we launched ACM in 2020).
  6. Our medical clinic customers were close behind, sending over 8 million appointment reminders, recall notifications, clinic cancellations, bulk notifications and so much more.
  7. We added 104 new medical clinics to our customer base this year.
  8. That’s over 1,100 practices across Canada using our Patient Engagement Suite.
  9. We launched our first-ever AI-based product, AI Message Assistant for ACM. It will help our senior care users craft concise and accurate messages in seconds.  
  10. Our donation program, Clinicionex Gives Back, is in its fourth year, and we donated over $4,000 to initiatives across Canada. 
  11. Our sales and marketing teams spent time in Chicago, participating in HIMSS and MatrixCare Inspire events, meeting new customers face-to-face. 
  12.  We held our second annual Product Advisory Board, bringing together some of our customer champions who are helping us identify the best product enhancements.
  13.  We welcomed a lot of new team members! 6 to be exact. Our Customer Success, HR, Development and Sales and Marketing teams all grew this year.
  14.  We released 8 new features to Automated Care Messaging, making the system more robust than ever!
  15.  We hosted our first-ever CCX Hackathon. We took the day to come together, learn about AI and then compete to “hack” AI into our current solutions. It was a great learning and discovery day; a solution to make our internal teams more efficient was developed!
  16. We had a record 4 co-op students join us this year! Two joined our Development team and 2 joined our Marketing department.
  17. Our support team responded to over 4, 110 support requests over the year.
  18.  #TeamCCX grew when our colleague Adeola welcomed a baby boy over the summer!
  19.  We launched a new Toolkit with templates and best practices on healthcare compliance, joining our three previous toolkits.
  20.  We added 45 new ACM templates to our template library, bringing it to more than 60.
  21. Our Customer Success team refreshed how we onboard and interact with our customers, adding touchpoints throughout their journey with us. 
  22. We participated in a Canadian Trade Accelerator program, joining peers in three cities including New York, San Francisco and Boston to expand our knowledge and network within the U.S. healthcare industry.  
  23.  Our holiday webinar The 12 Days of Cliniconex saw more than 260 customers participate. They learned about a myriad of new ways automated outreach could help their care communities thrive!
