Automated Care Platform (ACP) is a modular communication and workflow platform by Cliniconex, purpose-built for senior care and integrated directly with PointClickCare’s EHR. It is built on Automated Care Messaging (ACM)—the required foundation sold through PointClickCare—and can be expanded with optional modules including ACM Vault (encrypted messaging and document exchange) and ACS Forms & Surveys (digital forms). ACP syncs with resident records in real time, automates outreach and documentation, and logs all activity back to the resident chart.

ACM Messenger and ACM Alerts—the required platform foundation—are sold directly by PointClickCare. Contact your PointClickCare representative to activate ACM. Once ACM is active, optional add-on modules (ACM Vault and ACS Forms) can be purchased directly from Cliniconex and activated through the PointClickCare Marketplace.

Most communities are fully operational after a one-hour training session. For more customized workflows, a 1- to 2-hour implementation session with the Cliniconex onboarding team is used to configure message rules and templates to match your community’s specific needs and existing PointClickCare workflows.
