Who Should Attend: This session is for individuals who will administer the system and set up the initial configuration for their organization. The setup must be done before users can be added to the system.

User Training
Learn How to Use, Manage, and Send Messages with ACM Messenger to Engage Your Community.
Send targeted voice, text, or email messages using your existing data—just select your audience, write or edit your message, and send.
Who Should Attend: Once Admins have set up ACM Messenger and have added their staff, they and their staff can take the User Training. We recommend a gap of a few days to a week between the two sessions. This session is for anyone who will be sending messages and communicating with their care community.
