Create and Manage Template Categories

Organizing your templates into categories makes it easier to find and manage them. Categories help group related templates together, so your team can work more efficiently.

Creating a New Category
  • Go to the Quick Actions menu.
  • Select Create Category.
  • Enter a name for your new category.
  • Click Save.

Your new category will now be available to assign to templates.

Categorizing Templates

You can assign one or multiple templates to a category at the same time.

  • In the left-hand column, check the box next to the template(s) you’d like to categorize.
  • From the Quick Actions menu, select Set Category.
  • Choose the appropriate category from the dropdown list.
  • Click Save. 

The selected category will now appear in the Category column for those templates.

Tip: You can reassign or remove categories at any time, giving you flexibility as your library grows and changes.
