Submission Notification Emails

Every time someone submits a response, the system automatically sends an email notification to the form creator. This ensures you’re immediately aware of new responses without needing to check the dashboard manually.

What the Notification Email Includes

To comply with privacy and data protection laws, the email notification is limited to:

  • The Form Name (so you know which form was completed)
  • A secure link to view the individual submission in ACS Forms and Surveys

🔒 No personal or sensitive data is included in the email itself.

Important: Email Ownership

⚠️ The notification email is sent to the email address of the account that created the form.

  • Always log in with the account email where you want notifications delivered before creating a new form.
  • Use clear form titles so you can identify them easily in notification emails.
  • Do not rely on email notifications for storing responses — always access submissions securely within ACS Forms and Surveys.
