Submission Notification Emails

Configure email notifications to be alerted whenever there is a new form submission. Each email includes a direct link to a secure page where you can review the full submission details.

How To Set Up Email Notifications

  1. Click the Notifications tab at the top of the form you want to configure.

  2. Add the email addresses that should receive an email each time a new submission is received for this form.

    • You can add individual addresses or group inboxes.

    • You can add up to 25 email addresses.

  3. When you’re finished, click Save.

You can update these settings at any time.
To add or remove recipients, edit the list of email addresses and click Save after each change.

What the Notification Email Includes

To comply with privacy and data protection laws, the email notification is limited to:

  • The Form Name (so you know which form was completed)
  • A secure link to view the individual submission in ACS Forms and Surveys

🔒 No personal or sensitive data is included in the email itself.
