ACM Messenger for Medical allows precise targeting with eight filters, categorized as Patient Profile and Clinical Data. Filter options are dynamically populated from your EHR/EMR or FlexData file, ensuring relevance to your data.
To use a filter:
- Click the filter’s header to expand it and view available options.
- Toggle the filter ON (green) to activate it.
- Select specific options or ‘Select All’ to apply the filter.
Note: The ‘NOT SET’ option captures records with missing data in the corresponding field, enabling you to include or exclude these records in your target audience (e.g., patients without a defined status).
