Sending To Multiple Facilities

To send the same message to residents and staff in multiple facilities at once:

  • Open or create a template and click the To bar
  • Select all the facilities you wish to send the message to
  • Continue sending the message as you normally would


Note: As the message will be sent to all residents or staff in the chosen facilities, further filtering options like unit or floor are unavailable.

Note: Sending to staff? A drop-down menu at the top of the Facilities section will automatically filter out facilities which do not have the Staff Add-on.
