Message Options | Communication Methods

ACM Messenger prioritizes contacting recipients in the following order:

  1. Voice Call
  2. Text Message
  3. Email

If a contact’s preferred method (e.g., voice call) isn’t available, the system automatically tries the next method in the hierarchy.

To manually change the communication method

Go to Message Options > Communication Methods and select one of the following:

  • ✔Voice
  • ✔Text
  • ✔Email
