It’s time to close the book on 2025, a year packed with innovation, growth, and a whole lot of successful conversations.
We’re thrilled to share our Cliniconex Wrapped 2025, celebrating all the accomplishments, changes and growth that we had this year! Here’s our look back at the 25 big things that happened for us in 2025!
Product and Technology Innovation
- 1. Released 5 new products: ACM Messenger for Medical, ACM Vault, ACS Booking, ACS Forms and ACS Surveys.
- 2. Held our first AI Product Advisory Board meeting. Customers came to Ottawa from across North America to provide insights on how AI can help them provide better care across the care continuum.
- 3. Held our first AI Hackathon day with our Product and Engineering teams, turning feedback from the AI Product Advisory Board into 15 proof of concepts.
- 4. We split our engineering team into two, creating two more focused and agile teams. This has increased innovation and our ability to deliver more customer-centric products more quickly
- 5. Our engineering teams adopted a wide array of AI tools to help accelerate our development, boosting efficiency by more than 30%.
Market and Customer Growth
- 6. We closed the largest deal in the company’s history – a monumental achievement for the entire team, signalling a significant turning point in our growth trajectory and market presence.
- 7. Attended 6 events this year, including Vive, Leading Age, Rise and Health Connect Partners.
- 8. Over 3,400+ senior care facilities use Automated Care Platform.
- 9. Over 5,000+ medical offices use Automated Care Platform.
- 10. More than 29 hospitals use Automated Care Platform.
- 11. Sent over 3.2 million messages via ACM Messenger! That’s more than 500,000 hours care teams saved by using automation!
- 12. Our senior care customers sent over 2,300 ACM Alerts from their calendars. Keeping their communities informed and engaged.
- 13. Our medical clinic and hospital customers sent 10.9+ million messages via ACM Alerts. That’s almost 2 million hours saved with automation in 2025 alone.
Team and Culture Building
- 14. We welcomed 8 new members to #TeamCCX.
- 15. Three team members welcomed new babies (two human, one fur).
- 16. Practiced our HR approved trash talk in our first-ever CCX Fantasy Football League.
- 17. We work hard and play hard. In August, we enjoyed an end-of-summer party at a park on the Ottawa River, playing lawn games, enjoying lunch and listening to tunes.
- 18. The women of Cliniconex celebrated International Women’s Day with a special lunch in Little Italy.
- 19. Our Marketing and Engineering teams had the pleasure of hosting 8 co-op students from both Carleton University and Ottawa University.
- 20. Had our fifth year of CCX Gives Back, our quarterly donation program and supported animal rescues and community food centres.
Customer Engagement and Feedback
- 21. Held a Product Advisory Board meeting with our senior care customers at PointClickCare’s Summit. They shared invaluable insights, feedback and helped shape our roadmaps.
- 22. Our sales team successfully combined a major partnership meeting in British Columbia with strategic face-to-face meetings with six key customers, gathering feedback and reinforcing a customer-centric approach.
Operational Excellence and Security
- 23. Achieved ISO 27001 and SOC2 security certifications.
- 24. Secured funding for three IRAP projects, supporting key strategic initiatives across the company.
- 25. Our two-person Support team closed more than 3800 support tickets in 2025!
